JOINT : NAVILLE, Pierre. Manuscrit autographe signé, 1 p. in-4 (263 x 205 mm), à l’encre noire. Foliotée 15, elle présente une mention signée de Naville : « page retirée du manuscrit des Reines de la main gauche, pour de mauvaises raisons ». Il semble que le texte soit inédit.
Pierre Naville rencontre Francis Gérard (nom de plume de Gérard Rosenthal) en 1922 ou 1923 ; ce dernier, cousin de Max Jacob, est déjà au contact des futurs surréalistes, collaborant à Paris Journal, dirigé par Aragon, et à La Revue Européenne, sous l’égide de Soupault. Il dirige également la revue L’œuf dur. C’est sur sa recommandation que Pierre Naville est chargé de rédiger des notices pour L’Anthologie de la Nouvelle Poésie Française, publiée en 1924 chez Simon Kra.
Very scarce first edition - inscribed by Naville to Gérard Rosenthal, a cousin of Max Jacob's.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
