Japan. Edo-Zeit. 19. Jahrhundert Mächtiges Hakutaku auf einem großen ovalen Sockel, den Kopf mit offenem Maul zu den
Vorderpranken gesenkt. Dieses seltene Einhorn unterscheidet sich vom obersten Einhorn, dem
stummen Kirin, das mit Hufen versehen ist, welche die Erde kaum berühren, damit keinerlei
Wesen verletzt werden können. Das Hakutaku kann sprechen und alles Böse, Geschöpfe wie
Ideen erkennen, die es anspringt und unter seinen Tatzen vernichtet. Genau das scheint
dieses Hakutaku gerade vollbracht zu haben - mit einem Ausruf oder Kommentar, wie das
offene Maul nahelegt. Sein kräftiges Horn ist stark gebogen und himmlische Flammen züngeln
aus allen Gelenken. Die lange, wenig gelockte Mähne um die Schultern und der aus
Lockenwirbeln und seitlichen Haarzungen gestaltete Schwanz sind fein graviert und dunkel
akzentuiert, zum Teil durch Tragen weich poliert. Behrens, Nr. 1378, besaß ein weiteres
dieser sehr seltenen Hakutakus, ebenso Hindson, Nr. 1002 seines Kataloges, ein
vergleichbares. H.5,3cm, B.5,6cm. Zustand A/B. Altersrisse.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
