Japan. Edo Period. 18. Century Magnificent, well-fed cow, lying on the ground with a long rope in natural curves

The sides and Hooves of the cattle, including the fine liner detail
and gold, yellow and shiny patina. The fine twisted double rope
artfully knotted halter, the mane loose Forehead, the soft mouth, the ears,
curved horns, and dark inlaid pupils of the mother animal are shown in Detail almost
haptic noticeably different. Ivory, very natural carved faithfully,
the coat is finely engraved and dark accented, smooth chipped areas show
long use and a beautiful, on the bottom of the amber-coloured Patina.
