Auf dem Deckel applizierter, teils niellierter Doppeladler auf graviertem Grund, kyrillische Umschrift: "350-jähriges Jubiläum des Doppeladlers als Staatssymbol 1472-1822". Auf der Innenseite des Deckels applizierte Kartusche mit nielliertem Portrait Peters I. (von 1672 bis 1721 Zar und Großfürst von Russland und von 1721 bis 1725 der erste Kaiser des Russischen Reiches). Kyrillische Umschrift: "150-jähriges Jubiläum Peters des Großen". Seitlich niellierte, in Ranken geschlungene Fabelwesen und Masken. Unterseite gestempelt mit Stadtmarke, Feingehalt "84", Beschauzeichen von Akinfij Serebjranikow "AS 1822". Durchmesser 9 cm, Höhe 4,5 cm, Gewicht 261,28 g.
