Domolith-Kunstwerkstätten Kevelaer. 1973. Polyester, farbig bemalt in braun, weiß, rot und grün. 26 x 34 x 28 cm. Seitl. mit dem Signaturstempel 'Niki de Saint Phalle', unterseitig geritzt num. Ex. 92 aus einer Auflage von 500 Ex., Edition Zeit-Magazin Hamburg und Propyläen Refaktur, Berlin (mit rotem Wachssiegel). Tlw. sehr wenige Altersspuren. - Gutachten: Mit Zertifikat der Propyläen Refactur - Französisch-schweizerische Aktionskünstlerin, Malerin, Graphikerin u. Bildhauerin, die mit ihren farbenfrohen, üppigen Frauenfiguren, den sog. 'Nanas', weltbekannt wurde. Geboren bei Paris, aufgewachsen in New York, später weltweit gereist u. tätig, u.a. in der Schweiz, Frankreich, Israel, Italien u. Kalifornien. 1955 begegnete sie dem Schweizer Metallkünstler Jean Tinguely, der den Anstoß zu den ersten sog. 'Schießbildern' gab. Ab 1962 setzte sie sich mit der Frauenrolle auseinander u. die ersten Nana-Figuren entstanden, damals noch aus Draht und Stoff. Diese wurden erstmals 1964 in Paris ausgestellt, 1966 folgte das erste Großprojekt im 'Moderna Museet' in Stockholm. Die zunächst als überlebensgroße Polyesterfiguren gestalteten Nanas wurden später in jeglicher Form und Größe zum Symbol für weibliches Selbstbewußtsein und Stärke.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
