324 x 244mm, 10 lines written in black ink in a Gothic bookhand, 4-line staves in North Spanish square notation with E-clef, one large initial in blue with penwork flourishing extending into the margin in the shape of a smiling profile, initials alternately red or blue, contemporary foliation Iii in upper left margin of verso (some remnants of adhesive, marginal staining).

The leaf contains text from Palm Sunday, beginning: '[Quam bonus] Israel deus rectis corde mei autem pene moti sunt pedes' and ending: 'Libera me de ore leonis et a cornibus [unicornium humilitatem meam]'.
