Ritterkreuz in früher Steinhauer & Lück-Fertigung, ein A-Typ mit "Micro 800". Der geschwärzte Eisenkern (Tragespuren) in Silberzarge, unterhalb der Öse die etwas kleinere "800"-Punzierung, der "spitz" auslaufende Sprungring ebenfalls punziert "800". Breite 48,3 mm, Gewicht mit Sprungring 29,8 g. Originaler Bandabschnitt mit neuzeitlich vernähtem Gummiband sowie neuzeitlichem Etui.
Deutsches Kreuz in Gold in leichter Ausführung von Zimmermann, Pforzheim mit vier Hohlnieten und eingesetztem Nadelsystem. Die polierte Nadel unterseitig punziert "20". Tragespuren, die Vergoldung nahezu verputzt. Breite 62,9 mm. Gewicht 44,9 g. Dazu ein neuzeitliches Etui. Soldbuch, eine Zweitschrift vom 1.12.42, ausgestellt vom Grenadier-Regiment 6, als Major mit Beförderungen bis zum Oberst. Das Passbild entfernt, sechs Ordenseintragungen, darunter der Demjanskschild, das DKiG und das RK. Die Eintragung des Eichenlaubes erfolgte - warum auch immer - nach dem Krieg. Dazu Fotos.
Walter Vogel (1906-97), 1925 Eintritt in die Reichswehr, erhielt DKiG und RK während der Kämpfe um Demjansk beim Infanterie-Regiment bzw. Grenadier-Regiment 6 der 30 ID.

Knight’s Cross in the early version produced by Steinhauer & Lück, Type A with "Micro 800". The blackened iron centre (traces of wear) in a silver frame, below the eyelet the somewhat smaller punch "800", the suspension ring with pointed ends equally punched "800". Width 48.3 mm, weight with suspension ring 29.8 g. Original ribbon section with rubber band sewn at a later date and modern case.German Cross in Gold in the light version manufactured by Zimmermann of Pforzheim with four hollow rivets and inserted attachment pin system. The polished pin punched "20" on the bottom. Traces of wear, the gilding almost rubbed off. Width 62.9 mm. Weight 44.9 g. Comes with a modern case. Pay book duplicate issued on 1 December 1942 by Grenadier Regiment 6, as major with promotions up to colonel. Passport photograph removed, six order entries, among them Demyansk Shield, German Cross in gold and Knight’s Cross. The award of the Oakleaves was entered – for unknown reasons – after the war. The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
