The Omega Calibre 320, which was introduced in the mid-1940s, was a chronograph clockwork characterised by its manual winding. It is based on the famous Lemania 27 CHRO C12, a clockwork that was also used by other renowned brands. The Calibre 320 was capable of running at a frequency of vibrations per hour (A/h) and was used in many of Omega's early chronograph models. The Calibre 320 was characterised by its compactness and reliability and laid the foundation for the development of the later calibre 321.
