Deutsche Fertigung. Bruststern aus Weißmetall, das aufgelegte Medaillon mit tiefblau bemaltem Reif und reliefiertem Portrait der Königin von Georgien. Die rs. vertikale Drahtnadel mit Berliner Herstellermarke "Friedr. Sedlatzek Berlin". Maße 72 x 72 mm.
Die Beliehenen erhielten lediglich eine Urkunde und mussten sich das Ehrenzeichen selbst beschaffen, was die Vielzahl an Varianten dieses einklassigen Ordens erklärt. Komplett mit Urkunde. Kreuz für treue Dienste (1914), Bronze, in Resten vergoldet, am Band, im originalen Etui. Komplett mit Urkunde, datiert 1917. Dazu vorläufiger Ausweis über das Eiserne Kreuz 2. Klasse. Aus dem Nachlass des Gefreiten Gustav Rühl bei der 3. Kompanie dews Reserve-Jäger-Bataillons Nr. 7 im "Kommando der Deutschen Truppen im Kaukasus", um 1920.
