Silbernes Kreuz, beidseitig blau und weiß emailliert, im Medaillon ein schreitender Löwe und die Herrscherchiffre "W" unter Krone, bewegliche Kronenagraffe mit farbig emailliertem Besatz, breites Schärpenband. Silber gedunkelt, Emaille gut, vereinzelt kleine Haarrisse, Band etwas ausgeblichen, Trage- und Altersspuren.
Breite des Kreuzes 5,5 cm, Gewicht des Ordens ca. 75 g, Breite des Schärpenbandes 10 cm. Höchste Verleihungsstufe. Außerdem eine Knopflochrosette in den Bandfarben. In neuem Karton. Ein beiliegendes Schreiben des Einlieferers teilt mit, dass General Feyzi Mengüç (1896 - 1966), Chef des Generalstabes der türkischen Armee, den angebotenen Orden 1956 bei seinem Holland-Besuch von der holländischen Königin erhielt.
