Beschreibung: Ovoide Form mit Messingmontierung und Flakonverschluss in Form einer Königskrone.
Schauseitig ovale, goldgerahmte Reserve. Darin Vedute des Berliner Stadtschlosses von der
Kurfürstenbrücke aus, mit Reiterstandbild des "Großen Kurfürsten" Friedrich Wilhelm von
Brandenburg. Um den Flakonstöpsel Aussparung gefüllt mit blauem Schuppendekor, allseitig
überlagert und abgegrenzt durch Rocaillebordüren und florale Schmuckelemente in Gold.
Maße: Höhe mit Stöpsel 8,5cm.
Marke: Ohne erkennbare Marken.
Zustand C, Krone des Stöpsels bestoßen.
Das Reiterstandbild des Großen Kurfürsten, das Kurfürst Friedrich Wilhelm von Brandenburg
(1620-1688) aus dem Haus Hohenzollern ein Denkmal setzt, ist ein wichtiges Werk der
barocken Bildhauerei und war ein beliebtes Motiv der KPM für die Berliner Ansichten. Das
1696 von Andreas Schlüter begonnene Modell wurde 1700 von Johann Jacobi gegossen und 1703
auf der "Langen Brücke" am Berliner Schloss errichtet. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg vor den
zunehmenden Luftangriffen in Sicherheit gebracht, wurde das Reiterstandbild 1952 im
Ehrenhof von Schloss Charlottenburg wieder aufgestellt. Im Zusammenhang mit dem
Wiederaufbau des Berliner Schlosses wird momentan die Rückführung des Denkmals an seinen
ursprünglichen Standort in Berlin Mitte diskutiert.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
