A good copy in contemporary boards of the editio princeps of this renown classic text. Various copies are present in libraries, but it is rare on the market: there are no copies registered at auction since 1968 (RBH).

Folio (309 x 210mm). Title with woodcut vignette with the portrait of Ovid among its commentators, woodcut initials, large printer's device at end (some small occasional wormholes, minimal traces of dust, slight waterstaining at the outer margin of few final leaves, without final blank). Contemporary wooden boards (rebacked, new endpapers and ties). Provenance: Nicola Gualtieri (inscription dated 1707 at the end).

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
