Frankreich, Ende 18. Jahrhundert, Wandleuchter in Bronze und Feuervergoldung, jeweils dreiarmig, die geschweiften Arme an einem zentralen Hängepilaster, der sich nach unten verjüngt und durch eine nach unten weisende Blattknospe abgeschlossen ist, auf dem oben abschließenden, verkröpften Gesims, eine Deckelvase mit eingezogenem Rundfuß, HxB: 63/35 cm. Altersspuren, Vergoldung teilw. berieben, die Schalen später gelocht für ehemalige Elektrifizierung.

France, late 18th century, wall sconces in bronze and fire-gilt, each with three arms, the curved arms on a central hanging pilaster, which tapers downwards and is closed by a leaf bud pointing downwards, on the upper, cranked cornice, a lidded vase with retracted round base, hxw: 63/35 cm. Signs of age, gilding partly rubbed, the bowls later perforated for former electrification.
