Breite, gerade, zweischneidige Klinge (fleckig, partiell narbig) mit Mittelspitze, beidseitig mittig gekehlt und am Ansatz geätzt mit bekröntem Doppeladler und Schriftzug "Vivat Carolus VI Römischer Kaisser" für Kaiser Karl VI. (Regierungszeit 1711 - 1740). Reliefiertes Buntmetall-Bügelgefäß mit zwei Terzspangen, Knöchelschild (Doppeladler), quartseitigem Daumenring sowie facettierter, fein punzierter Griffkappe mit Löwenkopfabschluss, alt belederter Griff (berieben, vereinzelt kleine Fehlstellen). Gut ergänzte belederte Holzscheide mit Messingbeschlägen, am Ortblech terzseitig ein Trageknopf. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Länge 99,5 cm.
Sehr seltener, prachtvoller Offizierspallasch.

A pallash for officers of the heavy cavalry, 1711 - 1740
Broad, straight, double-edged blade (stained, partly pitted) with central point, both sides with central fuller, the base etched with crowned double-headed eagle and inscription "Vivat Carolus VI Römischer Kaisser" for Emperor Charles VI (reign 1711 – 1740). Knuckle-bow hilt of non-ferrous metal decorated in relief, with two bars on the obverse, knuckle guard (double-headed eagle), thumb ring on the reverse and faceted, finely punched grip cap with lion head finial, grip with old leather cover (rubbed, minor isolated flaws). Well-replaced leather-covered wooden scabbard with brass fittings, the chape with frog stud on the obverse. Slightly damaged in places, traces of age. Length 99.5 cm.
