Lot 3314 | Pallasch für Offiziere des Garde-Kürassier-Regiments, um 1905
Schön erhaltene vernickelte, beidseitig doppelt gekehlte Rückenklinge, im oberen Viertel beidseitig vergoldete Zierätzungen auf gebläutem Grund, dabei Ranken, Trophäen und der Schriftzug "Garde-Kürassier-Regiment, Berlin", am Rücken die Lieferantensignatur "W. Rohde Berlin". Messing-Bügelgefäß mit drei Terzspangen, Fischhauthilze mit dreifacher Drahtwicklung und terzseitig aufgelegtem emaillierten Gardestern, anhängender lederner Faustriemen in Offiziersausführung. Vernickelte Stahlscheide mit einem beweglichen Tragering. Dabei zwei weißlederne Gehängeteile (Karabinerhaken defekt). Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Länge 117 cm. Seltener, repräsentativer Pallasch der schweren preußischen Garde-Kavallerie.

Finely preserved, nickel-plated single-edged blade with two fullers on either side, the forte decorated on both faces with gold etchings of scrolling leaves, trophies, and the inscription "Garde-Kürassier-Regiment, Berlin" on blued base, the supplier's signature "W. Rohde Berlin" on the back of the blade. Brass hilt with three obverse loop guards, fish skin grip with triple wire wrap and enamelled guard star applied to the obverse, attached leather officer's wrist strap. Nickel-plated steel scabbard with one movable suspension ring. With white leather belt and strap (snap hook broken). Partially slightly damaged, signs of age. Length 117 cm. Rare, representative pallash of the Prussian guard cuirassiers.
