Brass, polished, brushed, black enamel, faceted glass, Plexiglas dome, base plate with Patek Philippe seal, very small chip on glass door mount. Engraved dial, black dial ring with gold coloured roman numerals, central hands, small second, labelled Patek Philippe Swiss. Quarter hour strike Westminster carillon, switches to silent ticking when required or automatically via the night switch-off function. With key. - The top shows the earth rotating once around its own axis in 24 hours, the sun, which is orbited by the earth once a year, and the moon, which orbits the earth once in 29.5 days, as well as the day, the month and the 12 signs of the zodiac, phases of the moon and seasons. H. with dome 36 cm, diam. 28.5 cm. -
