Das originale tief-blaue Hochglanzfinish noch weitgehend erhalten, nur an der Trommel weitgehend abgerieben. Schrauben und Kleinteile gebläut. Rahmen, Lauf, Abzugsbügel, Ladehebel und Griffkappe mit schöner Rankengravur. Die Rahmenbrücke gemarkt "J. BLANCH & SON. GRACECHURCH ST. LONDON." Rechts am Rahmen Seriennummer, links am Ladehebel "W.TRANTER'S / PATENT". Walnußgriffschalen unbeschädigt, mit feiner Fischhaut. Mechanisch gut. Gesamtlänge 27 cm. Im originalen Holzkasten, im Deckel originales Papieretikett des Herstellers, mit grünem Filz ausgelegt. Dazu viel Originalzubehör: Kugelzange Messing, gemarkt "Tranter's Patent", Putzstock mit aufschraubbarem Wollwischer, Schraubenzieher, Fettdose mit originalem Deckeletikett, 5 Ersatzpistone, Pulverflasche (die Feder der Schütte defekt), Zündhütchendose mit Etikett von "Eley Bros", Dose für Bleikugeln. Schlüssel. Am Deckel vakantes Messingscheibe, 10 cm langer Trockenriß. Abmessungen 34 x 19 x 6,5. Schönes Ensemble!

Cal. .38(BlackPowder), SN. 21593, barrel length 115 mm, almost bright bore with some minor frosting. Five shots. SA/DA. Original glossy blue finish on most parts, the cylinder rubbed off. Bolts and small parts nitre blued. Receiver, barrel, trigger guard, loading lever and grip cap with nice floral engraving. The top strap marked "J. BLANCH & SON. GRACECHURCH ST. LONDON." On the right hand side of the frame serial number, the loading lever marked "W.TRANTER'S / PATENT". Walnut grips undamaged with fine checkering. Mechanically sound. Overall length 27 cm. In original walnut case, lined in green baize, orig. manufacturer's label in the lid. Many original accessories: brass bullet mold, marked "Tranter's Patent", cleaning rod with screw-on woolen cleaner, screw driver, grease can with original label, five spare nipples, powder flask (top spring broken), "Eley Bros" cap can, bullet can.
