Two famous works, the Canzoniere and the Trionfi by Petrarch, gathered in a single volume.

2 parts in one volume, 4to (215 x 155mm). Woodcut titles within an architectural border with the portraits of Petrarch and Laura, 6 woodcut vignettes in second part, one before each Triumph, printer's device at end, woodcut head-and-tail pieces (some light spotting and browning, occasional dampstaining heavier in the second part). Modern antique-style vellum eith portrait of Petrarch on the cover and Laura on the back, manuscript title on spine, ties; preserved in a marbled paper case. Provenance: some annotations.

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
