the complete set of four etchings, circa 1645, on laid paper, three plates with different watermarks, one without, a uniform set of very fine, early and rich impressions, Cropper's first state (of three and two, respectively), plates I and IV unrecorded proof impressions of before letters, printing with plate tone and much depth, the wiping marks very pronounced, with narrow to thread margins or trimmed to the platemark in places, generally in good condition
