A fine celadon Fanghu vase with Guangxu mark, 19th - early 20th century
An impressive Fanghu vase, the sturdily potted pear-shaped body sweeping up to a gently flared neck flanked by a pair of angular lug handles, all supported on a splayed foot, covered overall save for the footring with an even pale green glaze, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a Guangxu six-character mark. Intact. No chips, no cracks! Height 30 cm.

Provenance: South German private collection, acquired in the 1980s in Vienna (Austria).

Fanghu-Seladon-Vase mit Guangxu-Marke, spätes 19. - frühes 20. Jhdt.
Beeindruckende Fanghu-Vase. Der robuste, birnenförmige Korpus schwingt zu einem sanft ausgestellten Hals auf, der von zwei kantigen Henkeln flankiert wird. Die Vase ruht auf einem rechteckigen Fuß. Auf der Unterseite in Unterglasurblau Guangxu-Sechs-Zeichen-Marke. Intakt. Höhe 30 cm.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
