Ausführung mit "Gesichert" noch unten, also nicht wie später nach oben versetzt. Griffsicherung. Hülsenkopf ohne Beschriftung, Vordergelenk mit Logo "DWM". Div. Marineabnahmen Krone/"M". Am Griffrücken inventarisiert "II. S.B. 98" (II. Seebataillon (Wilhelmshaven), Waffe 98). Nachbrüniert, partiell feinstnarbig. Bedienteile weiß poliert. Dunkle Nussholzgriffschalen ohne Nummer. Vernickeltes fleckiges Marine-Falzmagazin, Holzboden ohne Nummer. Komplett mit Marine-Nussholz-Anschlagbrett, Stempelplatte gemarkt "Krone/M - W.W.2100", Zwinge ohne Seriennummer, fleckig. Befestigt mittels kompletter Beriemung eine schwarze Marinetasche, Hersteller kaum lesbar, Nähte und Zugriemen in Ordnung, dazu eine schwarze Doppelmagazintasche.

The original first issue (unaltered) safety marked "GESICHERT" in the lower position. Grip safety. The chamber area unmarked, the toggle link with DWM logo. Various Navy acceptance marks Crown/"M". The rear grip strap with inventory marking "II. S.B. 98" (2nd Sea Batallion, Wilhelmshaven, gun 98). Reblued, partly with minor pitting. Small parts polished. Dark walnut grips, unnumbered. Nickel-plated Navy magazine, spotted, with unnumbered wooden base. Original navy walnut board stock, the stock disc marked Crown/"M - W.W.2100", the iron unnumbered, spotted. Black leather holster, minor signs of wear, the maker's mark barely legible, all attachment straps. Pull strap, solid stitching. Black double magazine pouch.
