Pompeian, erotic brick with an allegorical scene of a naked woman riding a winged phallus. The group is made using the fresco technique and is enclosed in an oval olive-colored medallion with pearl dots. The winged phallus is one of the textbook subjects of the erotic art of Rome, personifying the constant readiness for insemination. Sower of desire and life. Probably Rome.
