Prächtige Deckelterrine mit Schwanenservice-Dekor
Ovaler, vierpassig geschweifter, gedrückt bauchiger Korpus auf vier Füßen in Gestalt von Delphinköpfen. Seitliche Handhaben mit vollplastisch gearbeiteten Nereiden. Aufgewölbter Deckel mit liegender Figur einer Quellnymphe, sich an eine Vase mit sprudelndem Wasser lehnend. Allseitig wellen- und muschelartiger Reliefdekor mit goldkonturiertem Blattwerk, die Randzone mit farbigen Indianischen Blütenzweigen und gestreuten Blumen. Polychrome Malerei mit reicher Goldstaffage. Entw. wohl Johann Gottlieb Ehder, 1742. Schwertermarke. H. 33 cm. 37 cm x 22 cm.
Das sog. Schwanenservice gilt als das umfangreichste Service in der Porzellangeschichte des 18. Jhs. Es wurde von J. J. Kaendler und seinen Mitarbeitern J. F. Eberlein und J. G. Ehder zwischen 1737 und 1741 ursprünglich für den am sächsischen Hof einflussreichen Premierminister Graf Heinrich von Brühl entworfen.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
