Tin. A cylindrical body on three ball feet in pomegranate form. Look side engraved representation of the two crossbowmen shoot at the bird, side flower decor. Hinge-mounted lid with owner's name "Joachim Holst 1829" in engraved oak leaves wreath. Pusher with balls in pomegranate form. Relief handle, at the bottom of the Henkel approach, with coat-of-arms shield. At the top of the handle approach failed city brand of Kiel with two batted master's mark of Johann Gottfried Hütting, which is detected from 1796 to 1842 in Lübeck as a tin foundry. Height 21.5 cm. Provenance: The jug was awarded to the lübeck crossbow traditionally as a prize for the annual eagle shoot-out. It is identical pitchers have a previous masters from the 18th century. Century receive, one formerly in the collection of Mory. Condition: II +
