Gekrümmte, blanke Rückenklinge, in Rückennähe beidseitig drei Züge, quartseitig am Klingenansatz unter dem blattförmig gestalteten Parierlappen die kyrillische Herstellerinschrift "Tula". Reich und kunstvoll im Neo-Rokoko-Stil reliefiertes Gefäß aus vergoldetem und versilbertem Buntmetall. Reich mit geometrischen Mustern, Blattranken und russischen Formen reliefierte Scheide aus vergoldetem und versilbertem Buntmetall (berieben, vereinzelt kleine Fehlstellen, kleine Dellen) mit zwei starren Trageringen. Klinge wohl in der Tragezeit gewechselt (kleine Dellen am Nietkopf). Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Länge 100 cm.
Möglicherweise Geschenk an einen hohen Offizier der leichten Kavallerie.

A deluxe sabre in oriental style, Tula, late 19th century
Curved, bright single-edged blade, on each side three grooves near the back, the base of the blade on the reverse with manufacturer’s inscription "Tula" in Cyrillic script underneath the leaf-shaped languet. Hilt of gold- and silver-plated non-ferrous metal lavishly and elaborately crafted in Neo-Rococo-style relief. Scabbard of gold- and silver-plated non-ferrous metal richly decorated with geometrical patterns, tendrils and Russian forms in relief (rubbed, isolated minor flaws, small dents) with two fixed suspension rings. Blade presumably exchanged during the time of wear (small dents on the rivet head). Slightly damaged in places, traces of age. Length 100 cm.
Possibly a gift presented to a high officer of the light cavalry.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
