Das Gemälde ist in Anlehnung an das gleichnamige, 1855 datierte Gemälde von Albrecht Adam (1786 - 1862) entstanden. Adam war ein deutscher Schlachten-, Portrait- und Genremaler, der besonderen Wert darauf legte, als Augenzeuge bei den zu malenden Schlachten dabei gewesen zu sein.
Mischtechnik auf Leinwand, auf Presspappe aufgezogen. Großformatige Darstellung des Aufbruchs zur Schlacht unter der Führung des österreichischen Feldmarschalls Radetzky. Er reitet auf arabischem Schimmel, um ihn herum schaaren sich die Offiziere. Auf der rechten Bildhälfte verschwindet ein Kavalleriezug in einer Staubwolke, dahinter öffnet sich der Blick aufs Schlachtfeld. Unter Glas gerahmt. Maße mit Rahmen 76 x 96 cm.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
