Double-edged razor, made of Bronze, with short openwork handle. Both Cutting edges are convex, and are still very sharp. The Cutting edges minimally damaged. Beautiful light green Patina. Length 6.1 cm. Bronze age razor to be found almost exclusively in graves of adult men. Due to its rare occurrence, it is assumed that heads may only be the head of the Family or persons in aristocratic States of origin. An additional religious or cultic function cannot be ruled out. Provenance: From a in the South of Germany retained private collection. Purchased in the 1970s to the 1980s, the art market and German private collections. Condition: II -
