Der Name des Schildes bezieht sich auf die dargestellten Szenen, welche Episoden aus John Miltons (1608 - 1674) Epos "Das Verlorene Paradies" zeigen.
Rs. mit Textil bespannt und mit Hängeösen. Höhe 86 cm.
Das Original wurde von Leonard Morel-Ladeuil (1820 - 1888) zwischen 1864 und 1866 geschaffen und auf der Pariser Weltausstellung von 1867 gezeigt.
Ovaler, reliefierter Schild aus Kunststoff in Eisenoptik. Zentral Darstellung des Erzengels Raphael, der Adam und Eva von der Rebellion der Engel unter Luzifer erzählt. Darunter der Erzengel Michael, welcher Satan niederwirft, über den allegorischen Darstellungen der Sünde und des Todes. Rechts und links nierenförmige Medaillons, welche die rebellierenden Engel und deren Sturz zeigen. Am oberen Rand Cherubim und Seraphim sowie die Tierkreiszeichen.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
