Expl. from an unsigned and unnumerierten edition of 500 from the Portfolio "X + X (Ten Works by Ten Painters)", published by The Wadsworth Atheneum, Hartford, Connecticut. This silk-screen printing on plastic film is one of the first Pop-Art graphics light stone and the first to be printed on a surface other than paper. Lichtenstein's printmaking characterised by the use of technical innovations and experimental materials. Presentation 48 cm x 58 cm. Sheet 51 x 61 cm.Comparison specimens are located in the Tate Britain in London and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.Serigraph (screenprint) in colours on clear translucent plastic (polystyrene) foil, in 1964.
