Kräftige, elegant geschwungene Rückenklinge (stellenweise fleckig) mit beidseitiger Hohlbahn, zweischneidige Spitze in Rückenlinie, im oberen Klingendrittel beidseitig vergoldete Zierätzungen mit Trophäen und Ranken auf gebläutem Grund (berieben, oben Rostspuren). Schön vergoldetes, stark erhaben reliefiertes Buntmetall-Bügelgefäß, an beiden Parierlappen ein aufgelegtes antikes Profil mit Helm (Athene), Griffbügel mit antiker Trophäe, umlaufender Blattfries am Knauf, beidseitig fein gewaffelter Griff aus schwarzem Holz (Druckstellen, Haarrisse). Messingscheide (Vergoldungsspuren, vereinzelt Dellen) mit zwei beweglichen Trageringen und eisernem Schlepper. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Länge 102 cm.

Sturdy, elegantly curved single-edged blade (partly stained) with fuller on both sides, upswept double-edged point, both sides of the upper third of the blade decorated with gilt etchings depicting trophies and tendrils on a blued ground (rubbed, traces of rust at the top). Beautifully gilt knuckle-bow hilt of non-ferrous metal decorated in high relief, both languets with applied antique profile with helmet (Athena), knuckle bow with antique trophy, surrounding leaf frieze on the pommel, grip of black wood finely chequered on both sides (pressure marks, hairline cracks). Brass scabbard (traces of gilding, isolated dents) with two movable suspension rings and iron drag. Slightly damaged in places, traces of age. Length 102 cm.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
