Schön erhaltene, kräftige, gekrümmte Rückenklinge mit Pandurenspitze, gestempelt "Alex. Coppel Solingen", auf dem Klingenrücken eine gotische Abnahme und "W/15" unter Krone. Reliefiertes Buntmetall-Bügelgefäß mit eckigen Parierlappen, darauf terzseitig zwei gekreuzte Kanonenrohre, auf dem Griffrücken weitere Abnahme, Griffkappe in Löwenkopfform, Fischhauthilze mit doppelter Drahtwicklung. Brünierte Eisenscheide (rostig) mit einem beweglichen Tragering. Trage- und Altersspuren. Länge 101 cm.

Approx. 100 black-and-white photographs of various formats behind mounts, most of them captioned, depicting generals, officers, enlisted men, a number of photographs of the Dybbol redoubts, Aarhus with port etc., several contemporary newspaper articles and programmes of events are inserted at the end. In a heavy album of leather (rubbed) and parchment with brass fittings (incomplete), album sheets with gilt edging, intact brass buckle. A few photographs are missing, some pages are loose. Slightly damaged in places, traces of age. Dimensions 32 x 41 x 6 cm. Rare, early military album.
