Mod. Pp. mit Rs. und goldgepr. Rt. (Berieben, bestoßen und gering beschabt. Rückenbezug mit größerer Fehlstelle und Bezugsdefekt an Kapital und Fuß. Kolorit stammt aus späterer Zeit. Titel mit 2 Quetschfalten und 2 Einrissen im oberen weißen Rand. Tafeln 1, 2, 5 und 24 mit Quetschfalten. Tafel 6 mit größerem Wasserfleck. Insgesamt vor allem im weißen Rand stock- und gebrauchsfleckig sowie gering gebräunt.)

XXIX, 301. - Nachstiche des 1606 erstmals in Prag erschienenen Ansichtenwerks des flämischen Malers und Kupferstechers Aegidius Sadeler (1570-1629), das seinerseits eine Reproduktion von Du Peracs "I Vestigi dell'antichità di Roma" gewesen ist. Die von Marco (Marcus Christoph) Sadeler ausgeführten kolorierten Kupferstiche zeigen Ruinenansichten römischer Tempel, Triumphbögen, den Palatin, Thermen und weitere Bauten in Rom und Umgebung. Die erste Tafel mit einer Widmung an Matteo Wackhero da Wackhenfels (Johann Matthäus Wacker von Wackerfels).
