Stahl mit bräunlich oliver Lackierung (berieben, deutliche Rostspuren), im Scheitel vier Lüftungslöcher, stirnseitig ein aufgelegtes Ankersymbol. Am Scheitel und am Rand Risse von Geschosstreffern. Innen, an einem Futterring aus Leder, das dreiteilige braune Lederlaschenfutter (ohne Leinenpolster), darauf schwarz aufgemalte japanische Schriftzeichen, langes Stoff-Kinnband an drei angenieteten Ösen, im Nackenbereich der Glocke ein Prägestempel "S" in Raute, im Scheitel aufgemalte weiße Schriftzeichen. Leicht beschädigt, Trage- und Altersspuren.
Nach Einliefererangabe aus dem Besitz von Kapitän Kanjirou Ono, Leiter der Kryptografie der Marine und Mitglied des japanischen Stabes in der Schlacht von Saipan. 1941 soll er die berühmte Chiffre Tora-Tora-Tora für den Angriff auf Pearl Harbor erfunden haben. A steel helmet worn by the crew of Shinyo kamikaze boats, 1944/45
Thick steel skull with a slightly ogival-shaped profile, a steel reinforcement plate at the front, fixed with two rivets on each side. Approx. 20% to 30% of the original grey paint finish preserved, an orange-coloured anchor outlined in red lacquered at the front. Three-part leather liner (torn at the edge) with khaki-coloured fabric strips and a small, khaki-coloured cloth pouch with grey felt padding, chinstrap of khaki-coloured cloth on three riveted eyelets. Slightly damaged in places, signs of age. Extremely rare Shinyo or marine kamikaze helmet, worn by the crew of the one-man motorboats, equipped with a charge of 270 kg explosives and an impact detonator that would be ignited near the enemy's hull. The helmet was designed to protect the Shinyo crew from the anticipated heavy enemy fire directly before carrying out their suicide mission.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
