Zweischneidige Klinge mit linsenförmigem Querschnitt. Terzseitig geätzte Inschrift "Bonaparte à Toulon". Auf der original gebläuten kräftigen Fehlschärfe quartseitig die Chiffre "MT" und Krone. Terzseitig montierter Bronzelauf im Kaliber 7 mm mit Steinschlossmechanismus. Durchbrochen gearbeitete, eiserne Parierstange mit Regenblech. Griff aus ebonisiertem Nussbaumholz mit beidseitig drei eisernen Ziernieten. Originale, lederbezogene Holzscheide, die Oberflächen berieben. Teils durchbrochen gearbeitete, eiserne Garnitur. Länge 71,5 cm.
A French shooting hunting hanger with scabbard from a noble estate, circa 1790
Double-edged blade of lenticular section. The obverse etched with the inscription "Bonaparte à Toulon". The robust ricasso with original bluing, the reverse featuring "MT" cipher and crown. Mounted to the obverse a bronze barrel in 7 mm calibre with flintlock mechanism. Openwork iron quillons with rain guard. Grip of ebonised walnut wood with three iron studs on either side. Original leather covered wooden scabbard, rubbed surfaces. The iron mounts partially decorated in openwork. Length 71.5 cm.

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
