Gewehrschlitten 08, Fertigung 1917 bei der Fa. Dürkopp, auf der linken Wange gestempelte Nummer 202. Kompletter und in allen Teilen absolut gebrauchsfähiger Zustand. Die Lederpolsterung für Schulter und Armauflagen original und komplett, auch noch original vernäht, mit kleineren Gebrauchs- und Verschleißspuren. Beide Schlossbehälter mit korrekten Deckeln und Innenleben (Holzeinlagen und lederne Zugbänder). Keine Durchrostung oder Beschädigungen. Auf der rechte Blechfüllung vernietet die Dürkopp-Herstellerplakette. Auf den Schlittenwangen aufgenietet Laschen zur Splitterschutzschildbefestigung. Gewehrträger vollständig, einschließlich korrektem Gewehrträger-Oberteil und der fast immer fehlenden Kupplungs- und Klemmvorrichtung. Gleitbahn des Gewehrträgers unbeschädigt, mit Klemmstücken für Seitenbegrenzung. Die Holzeinlagen an den Griffstellen der vorderen Schlittenstützen und der hinteren Schlittenarme original und in perfektem Zustand. Getriebe für Höhenrichtung mit einwandfreier Funktion, modifizierte Arretierung mit Knebelgriff angebracht. Beide Federn der Schlittenstützarretierung intakt.
In dieser späten Version in vereinfachter Ausführung wurden der Fett-/Ölbehälter und das Kleinteilefach nicht mehr verbaut. Der Anstrich vermutlich in alter Zeit erneuert/ausgebessert, mit nutzungsbedingten Farbverlusten bzw. Abschürfungen. Linksseitig in weißer Farbe die ehemalige Nummer (1223) des Gewehres. Angebracht eine Hülsenzange 16. Keine neuzeitlichen Reparaturen o.Ä. Eingebaut die ultra seltene Splitterschutzplatte.
In dieser kompletten, absolut gebrauchsfähigen Erhaltung ist der Schlitten eine Rarität ersten Ranges in Museumsqualität, ein Highlight jeder deutschen WK1-Sammlung. Maße mit eingeklappten vorderen Stützen ca. 135 x 60 x 45 cm, Gewicht ca. 45 kg.

Gun mount 08, 1917 Dürkopp production, the left side piece stamped with the number 202. All parts present and in absolutely serviceable condition. The leather padding for the shoulder and arm rests is original and complete, including the original stitching, with minor wear and tear. Both lock cases with the correct lids and inner workings (wooden inlays and leather drawstrings). No corrosion perforations or other damage. The Dürkopp manufacturer's plaque riveted onto the sheet metal on the right. Riveted tabs on the sled side pieces to attach the splinter protection shield. Gun carrier complete, including the correct upper part and the coupling and clamp device, which is almost always missing. No damage to the guide rail of the gun carrier, with retainers along the sides. The original wood inlays in the grips of the front sled stand and the rear legs are in perfect condition. The gear unit for height adjustment is fully functional, the modified locking mechanism with toggle handle attached. Both springs of the sled stand locking mechanism are intact.
This late version no longer included the grease/oil container and the compartment for small parts. The paintwork probably renewed/retouched many years ago, with chipping and scratches due to use. The number of the former gun (1223) in white paint on the left. A pair of 16 pliers attached. No modern repairs of any kind. Includes the extremely rare, integrated splinter protection shield.
In this complete, absolutely functional condition, a rarity of the first order in museum quality, a highlight of any German WWI collection. Dimensions with retracted front stand approx. 135 x 60 x 45 cm, weight approx. 45 kg.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
