A GOLD JEWELLERY SET - Athens, Ilias Lalaunis ca. 1990 - 750/000 marked from the studio Ilias Lalaounis. Long knitted necklace (d. 5 mm) with two rams' heads of individually cut amethysts - slightly chipped - and a jewellery element set with a round cabochon cut ruby. Weight of the necklace 151,2g. A pair of earclips marked 750/000 yellow gold, ram's heads set with 10 small rubies - slightly chipped. Weight 21,2g - Private property, Stuttgart. Ilias Lalaunis (1920-2013) was one of the most renowned goldsmiths in Greece. His high-quality goldsmith's work is often inspired by Minoan and Mycenaean art. His clients included Jackie Kennedy-Onassis, widow of the Shah of Persia Farah Diba Pahlavi, Barbara Streisand and Queen Sophia of Spain.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
