Technik: Bronze mit Resten polychromer Bemalung. Fein gravierte Muster und Details. Boden verschlossen.
Beschreibung: Der berühmte Lama Zhang Tsundru Dragpa (1123-1193) sitzt auf einem doppelten Kissenpodest
mit den Händen in bhumisparsha und dhyana mudra. Sein Gesicht zeigt ein Lächeln und er
trägt das dreiteilige kasaya-Gewand mit einem Umhang.
Maße: Gewicht 700g. Höhe 13cm.

Lama Shang, wie er meist genannt wird, ist besonders in der Karma Kagyue und Gelugpa Linie des tibetischen Buddhismus eine hochverehrte und bedeutende historische Persönlichkeit.
