Über felsigem Terrain, auf einer volutierten Bank sitzende junge Dame, gekleidet in ein antikisierendes, weißes Gewand mit entblößter, rechter Brust. Auf ihrem Schoß ein rosafarbenes, von Goldranken gemustertes Tuch. Sie umarmt ein sitzendes, schlummerndes Kind zu ihrer Linken bzw. einen Knaben mit Apfel stehend zu ihrer Rechten. Der Bildhauer Emmerich Andresen schuf zahlreiche weibliche, allegorische Figuren im klassischen Stil, die durch Liebreiz und Anmut in Haltung und Ausdruck bestechen.
