A Roman end piece of a tool handle, bronze, 2nd - 3rd century
End piece of a tool handle in the shape of a horse's head with a long neck. The head half turned back to the side. Excellently designed and finely worked. Full bronze casting. Beautiful greenish patina. Intact. Length 8 cm.

Endstück eines Gerätegriffs in Form eines Pferdekopfes mit langem Hals. Der Kopf seitlich halb zurückgewendet. Trefflich gestaltet und fein gearbeitet. Bronzevollguss. Schöne grünliche Patina. Intakt. Länge 8 cm.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
