Date: Three times 1957, once 1966.
Maker/Designer: Model J. J. Kaendler.
Technique: Porcelain, painted sparingly in colours and golden.
Description: Air depicted as a child with a large birdcage, windswept hair and bellows at his feet.
Earth depicted as a child gardener with rake, trellis and two rose trees. Water depicted
as a child with fish, net and lobster in a trap. Fire depicted as a child at a small
cooker, with a tea pot on the hearth and a chocolate pot on a small table. All figures on
rocaille bases and with different coloured tunics.
Measurement: Height 10-13cm.
Mark: Swords mark, painted blue under glaze. Different model numbers, painter's numbers and porcelain former's numbers.
