Runder und glatter Lauf im Kaliber 13,5 mm mit messingeingelegter Pseudoinschrift über der Kammer. Glattes, in Resten gebläutes Miqueletschloss (Schlagfläche der Batterie fehlt). Chagrinlederbezogener Schaft mit ornamental getriebenen, niellierten und vergoldeten Silberbeschlägen. Auf den Laufbändern und Teilen der Beschläge jeweils "84"-zolotniki-Silberstempel. Am Knauf anhängende Leder-Applikation. Durch Reinigung noch zu verbessern. Länge 51 cm.

A Georgian silver-mounted, gilt miquelet pistol, circa 1860
The round, smooth-bore barrel in 13.5 mm calibre, with a pseudo inscription inlaid in brass at the breech. The smooth miquelet lock with remnants of bluing (the striking surface of the frizzen is missing. The stock covered in shagreen leather with ornamental, hammered, nielloed and gilt silver fittings. The barrel bands and parts of the fittings struck with the silver hallmark for "84" zolotniki. A leather appliqué attached to the pommel. Can easily be improved by cleaning. Length 51 cm.
