Lot 620 | Silver Samovar
with pot, Russia, in 1832. Multi-piece set, silver "84", consisting of a water vessel, burner and pot. The water container with two handles made of ivory, water faucet, a separate lid. The stand on ball feet with burner is used, a separate burner vessel for Oil. The teapot with ivory handle and hinged lid, the interior gilding. All the parts with inspection mark "A. K." and dated 1832, maker's mark "ITB" for Johann Theodor stained cell (from 1810). Teapot and water tank with side engraved Adleswappen. Height 41cm. Weight together approximately 4200 grams. Fine quality and conservation. J. Th. A stained cell was one of the most renowned silver of his time forging in St. Petersburg.
