Silberne Medaille mit vs. Brustbild des Königs Max I. Joseph in Uniform, am Armabschluss sign. "LOSCH F.", rs. Inschrift in der späten Schreibweise "INTER PROELIA", unter dem Band sign. "R" für den Stempelschneider Johann Ries. Dazu ein Bandabschnitt.
Sehr seltene Medaille, es wurden insgesamt lediglich 40 goldene und 75 silberne Militär-Sanitäts-Ehrenzeichen verliehen.

Silver medal with a bust portrait of Max I Joseph in uniform on the front, signed "LOSCH F." at the end of the arm. An inscription on the back, using the late spelling "INTER PROELIA", signed "R" for the punch cutter Johann Ries below the band. Comes with a ribbon section.
Extremely rare medal; in total, just 40 gold and 75 silver Military Medical Decorations were awarded.
