Die Teilnahmen als Begleitfahrzeug an der Mille Miglia Storica und der Monte Carlo Challenge 1997 und 1999 bezeugen: Dieser Wagen wurde für den Sport gebaut und gilt als einer der archetypischen englischen Vorkriegs-Tourer. Der Name «Le Mans» verweist auf die beachtlichen Erfolge des Rennveterans bei den legendären 24-Stunden-Rennen Anfang der 1930er Jahre. 500 Exemplare wurden während des gesamten Produktionszeitraums (1932 - 1937) gefertigt, um die 30 sind bis heute erhalten. Sollten Fragen zur Bedienung des Fahrzeugs aufkommen, liefert das vorhandene originale Handbuch von 1935 Antworten.

Fahrbereiter, rest. Originalzustand. Eine vorzügliche sach- und fachgerechte Komplettrestaurierung, unter Verwendung von originalen bzw. originalgetreuen Ersatzteilen und Materialien, wurde bis Herbst 2007 abgeschlossen. Stimmige, altersbedingte Patina. Das Fahrzeug wurde regelmäßig in einer Fachwerkstatt gewartet.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
