Großkreuz-Set mit Schwertern am Ring, bestehend aus: Kleinod mit Schwertern am Ring, Silber vergoldet und emailliert, Krone ohne Pendilien, die Schwerter auf der Rückseite von Hand graviert, mit Punze "FR" für Rothe, Wien, und Silberpunze an der Agraffe, an konfektionierter originaler Schärpe. Bruststern mit Schwertern am Ring, Silber, das Medaillon teilweise vergoldet und emailliert, an Nadel, eine unleserliche Punze auf der Innenseite der Nadel, im roten Etui mit Chiffre "B III" für Zar Boris III. und korrekten, flach gekreuzten Schwertern.
Aufgrund der geringen Verleihungszahlen erfolgte keine Herstellung von Großkreuz-Dekorationen. Die vorhandenen Bestände wurden nur in neue Etuis, mit der Chiffre Zar Boris III., umgepackt.

Grand-Cross set with swords on the ring, consisting of: badge with swords on the ring, silver gilt and enamelled, crown without pendilia, the swords hand-engraved on the reverse, with mark "FR" for Rothe, Vienna, and silver mark on the clasp, on the original customised sash. Breast Star with swords on the ring, silver, the medallion partly gilt and enamelled, on a pin, an illegible mark punched on the inside of the pin, in a red case with cypher "B III" for Tsar Boris III and correct, flatly crossed swords.
Due to the small number of awards no grand-cross decorations were manufactured. Instead, the existing items were re-packed into new cases with cypher of Tsar Boris III.
