In Solingen vorgefertigter Prunksäbel und im Osmanischen Reich individuell fertiggestellter Geschenksäbel (Tughra und Namensbezeichnung), der von der Goltz-Pascha entweder zu seiner Ernennung als osmanischer Marschall (Müschir) mit dem Titel Pascha oder zu seinem Abschied 1895 nach erfolgreicher Reorganisation der osmanischen Armee verliehen wurde.

Nickel-plated, fullered, single-edged blade with a double-edged point. Above the ricasso, approximately half finely etched with the Ottoman national insignia on both sides, surrounded by delicate leafy vines. The spine signed "Carl Kaiser & Co. Solingen". Originally fire-gilt brass knuckle-bow hilt with décor of blossoms and foliage in fine relief, the tughra stamp of Abdülhamid II on the grip spine in a sun burst and above trophy bundles. The languet with another national insignia of the Ottoman Empire on the obverse and the name inscription "v.d. Golz" deeply etched on the reverse. The fish-scale grip wrapped with brass wire. Nickel-plated steel scabbard (stained in places) with two movable suspension rings and drag. Length of the sabre 97.5 cm, total length 100 cm.
The ceremonial sabre precast in Solingen and the finished presentation sword customised in the Ottoman Empire (tughra and name inscription). Awarded to von der Goltz-Pasha either to mark his appointment as Ottoman marshal (Mushir) with the title of Pasha or his farewell in 1895, following the successful reorganisation of the Ottoman army.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
