Ø52.5mm, ca. 117g, 18K gold, à-goutte case, Patek Philippe case number 200183, signed dome with movement number 80355, absolute top class precision lever movement, numbered 80355, Geneva stripes, extremely rare double complications 5-minute-repeater and chronograph, signed special original enamel dial with golden minutes and golden seconds, blued steel hands, in working order, in very beautiful condition. The watch is extremely rare. Only a few examples of this combination are known, considerably rarer than the minute repeater and chronograph combination. A comparable watch was auctioned in Geneva and sold for 32,000 Swiss Francs in 1990 (https://www.cortrie.de/go/ElG). A video for this lot is available on our website.
