Ca. Ø60mm, ca. 174g, beidseitig aufklappbares Originalgehäuse mit Rochenhautbezug, rückseitig Blick auf das Emaillemedaillon mit Automat "Fliegende Blume", schauseitig das Kartuschenzifferblatt, mittig eine mythologische Szene, frühes Spindelwerk mit wunderschönen Pfeilern, verziert mit Silber, Platine signiert, sehr hohe und steile Schnecke, Zifferblatt mit sehr schön erhaltenen Emaillekartuschen, funktionstüchtig. Derartige Oignons mit Emaillemalerei und Automat sind museale Sammlerstücke und extrem selten. François Terroux (1664-1743), Sohn von Gabriel Terroux, war ab 1677 Lehrling bei Jean-François Lachis und wurde 1684 Meister. Terroux war bekannt für seine Taschenuhren mit Emailledekoration, die von bekannten Emaillemalern, wie Frères Huaud oder Jean André, verziert wurden.
