Ca. Ø41mm, ca. 46g, 18K Gold, äußerst prächtiges Gehäuse, beidseitig besetzt mit Halbperlen und Farbsteinen, rückseitig Emaille-Lupenmalerei in fantastischem Originalzustand, signiertes Spindelwerk, signiertes und hervorragend erhaltenes Emaillezifferblatt, ausgefallene Originalzeiger, passend zum Gehäuse mit Originalbesatz an Farbsteinen und Halbperlen, dazu zierliche Goldkette mit 2 antiken Goldschlüssel, mit Koralle besetzt, funktionstüchtig und sehr gut erhalten. Unserer Meinung nach handelt es sich bei dieser Uhr um eine Spindeluhr in komplett originalem Zustand, wie man sie heute nur noch selten findet. Daniel Vaucher wurde in Fleurier geboren und zog im Jahr 1760 nach Paris, wo er Uhrmachermeister wurde. Seine Frau und sechs Kinder blieben in Fleurier und kamen später nach Paris. Jonas-Frédéric Vaucher, Jean-Henri-David Vaucher, François Vaucher, Jean-Jacques Vaucher, Samuel Vaucher und Tochter Isabelle-Salomé Vaucher wurden Uhrmacher. Hervorragende Uhren dieser Familie wurden meistens mit "Vauchez en la Cité" signiert. Möglicherweise handelt es sich hierbei nicht um ein "z" sondern um ein "r".
