Ca. Ø56mm, ca. 167g, 18k gold à-goutte case, extremely heavy case, case with Patek Philippe punch and serial number 27271, glazed movement, extremely rare Ankerchronometer calibre with 2 barrels, independent stop seconds, to be released and stopped by pushers on the band, movement number also 27271, perfectly preserved enamel dial, blued steel hands, back lid with monogram NE, almost like new, in fantastic condition, in working order.
